Breakfast is a buffet with yogurt, cereal, homemade cakes, croissants, jams, but also cold cuts and cheese; fruit juices and hot drinks..
The "Antipasteria" tasting menu best expresses the peculiarity of the cuisine, and is divided into five different fish dishes chosen by the chef to offer a complete meal, delicious and different from the usual.
In addition to the Antipasteria menu, the restaurant offers a series of dishes related to the recipes of the Ligurian tradition and Italian cuisine, in which are used local products and of course those that the sea offers. It is for this reason that the proposals of the day often vary, adapting to the seasons and to the local catch of the day.
A special attention is also friendly, with a children's menu.
At Archetto we try to do everything "at home": bread, fresh pasta, desserts and as far as possible, we use organic raw materials or zero km.
All'Archetto you can also enjoy: a homegrown beef tartare, a selection of local cheeses and meats and the nearby Lunigiana, along with vegetarian and gluten-free recipes. The kitchen dell'Archetto does not pretend to please everyone, but we try devoting much attention.
"You can not taste a good dish without the right accompaniment". To enhance the flavors of the dishes to the fullest, the Archetto dedicates particular attention to wines: among a variety of local and national wines, the best combination can be found with the chosen menu.
Inside the restaurant is open a store where you can buy local products: Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, olives, organic jams, lemon cookies, sauces and of course the Riviera pesto, as well as wines and spirits.
